Polyurethane (PU) Foam

Polyurethane foam, also known as PU or open cell foam, is soft and flexible. The open foam cells allow air to pass through, like a sponge. This foam is lightweight, easily compressible and abrasion resistant. PU foam typically comes in densities ranging from 2 – 4 lbs per cubic foot, color charcoal. Other colors and densities are available, but will likely impact cost and lead time. PU foam is also available in anti-static and electrostatic dissipative (ESD) properties., and is a recyclable product.
