Computer controlled machining centers produce precision routed panels of high impact plastic laminated to furniture grade plywood. These panels are joined to our double walled, 6061-T5 aluminum extrusion set by pneumatic crimping. Our latches, handles, corners and braces are all steel and fixed via all steel blind rivets. Endless options in locks, casters, skids, security loops, etc… are always available and easily configured into a fabricated case.
Due to their flexibility in design and manufacture, fabricated cases are fully customizable and are not limited to size or configuration.
Fabricated ATA Style Road Cases are made to order and will typically ship in 3-6 weeks.
