Polyethelyne foam, aka closed cell or PE foam, offers the best protection and durability. PE foam is the most common plastic polymer, has a high load bearing capacity, and is the product of choice to protect products being shipped multiple times. Aesthetically, PE foam produces a clean smooth finished look after custom cavity fabrication. PE foam is available in a variety of densities and colors, as well as anti-static and ESD. PE foam is also available in low abrasion (LA) and cross link (extremely fine-celled and thick) forms.
